Global Programme Delivery in Regulated Industries

With more than sixteen years of experience delivering large-scale technology programmes across regulated industries, I provide end-to-end oversight from initial scoping through to global rollout and programme closure.
My work is concentrated in sectors where the cost of delivery failure is structural, not merely operational. In gambling, iGaming, and other regulated environments, a missed milestone or a compliance gap does not produce a delayed launch, it produces a regulatory exposure, a commercial penalty, or a market access problem. I understand this environment from the inside, and I build delivery frameworks that account for it from the outset.
I work directly with CTOs, COOs, and Boards to establish governance structures that are proportionate to programme complexity, robust enough to manage risk across multiple jurisdictions, lean enough not to slow delivery. My role is to hold the programme together at the point where technology, compliance, and commercial objectives intersect, and to ensure that each workstream is progressing against outcomes, not just outputs.
Across multi-geography programmes, I manage the coordination of cross-functional teams, third-party integrations, and regulatory dependencies simultaneously. The measure of success is not a completed project plan. It is a programme that delivered what the business needed, on a timeline the business could sustain.
